Interview
There are 3 interviews which last about 30 minutes each. You will discuss some of the 14 leadership principles. You will discuss how you have used these principles in situations. You should use the STAR method while discusssing your experience.

Describe an Amazon leadership principle using the STAR method
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
