Interview
Applied online, took probably an hour worth of online scenario based tests. Did not hear back for probably 2 months. Finally got an email saying I was invited to interview. Flew to Tampa to interview. There were two separate interviews, one more traditional and the other scenario based on the area manager role.

Give an example of a time where you improved a process.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
