Great approach, very human-centric, they are not only looking at your experience and knowledge but also your personality and your values. Be yourself and dont try to sell them something that you are not, be a decent human being and be honest.

They prepare you for an interview, so there is no such thing as a difficult question if you are ready for it.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
