I did an online coding test followed by a telephone screen. The telephone screening talked briefly about the roles available and what was expected of them and the fact that they were in Vancouver and work permits would be taken care of by the company. Following the telephone screens I was invited for a second round of telephone interview and asked to provide a set of dates and times for that interview; those times were centered on Pacific Time US which I was fine with as that time does not impede with my normal work hours. One of those was chosen as my interview date and time. When the time for the telephone interview came and went I raised this as an issue with the recruiters and another time was provided for the interview which I accepted; again the time of day was centered on US Pacific time which I was happy with for the aforementioned reason. That appointment also came and went and again I raised this issue with the recruiters via email. The following morning, during my normal hours of work (around 9AM) I received a phone call from them requesting I be available for a telephone interview lasting 30-45 minutes in 15-30 minutes. That last bit to me was the straw the broke the camel's back and I made it clear to them that I was no longer interested in the position and that they should review their hiring practices.
