Applied online then about a week later got an email asking to elaborate on my experience in different areas (Cisco, Linux, Networking, etc...). Shortly after got an email to setup and time and date for a phone interview. The phone interview was purely technical questions. I was under qualified for this position (It is more management level and I have no experience and fresh out of a 2 year school) so they interviewer went ahead and asked me some more basic questions.

Whats is BGP/OSPF/RIP/EIGRP and whether or not each one is Distance Vector or link state.
When would you use OSPF over RIP and vice versa?
Asked me some linux questions about commands such as ps, top, ifconfig.

Met with recruiter then completed a phone screen. Completed an interview with someone that would be peer. They mostly asked technical questions. After that interviewed with the hiring manger who asked mostly behavioral questions. The whole process took less than 2 weeks.

Two days. Five people. One day was 4 hours long. Prepare and you'll be fine. Tech questions are not too tough either. However do not be surprised if they do not stay within their time frame for feedback.
