After filling out the appilcation you are notified via email to set up an interview appointment. There is no one on one interview. You can dress casual. Just sign up, show up, take a drug test, and pass the background check. You pass those two and you are hired.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
