Amazon is heavily on the STAR format for interview responses and having candidates provide data in their responses. Interviews vary a fair bit because Amazon is constantly changing, that said, you'll tend to have 3 people interviewing you with 3 questions a piece focusing on Amazon's leadership principles

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you failed. What did you learn? Is there anything you would do differently in the future?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
