Went through 3 interviews. 1st was with 3 other people and on zoom. 2nd was mainly asking job specific questions, 3rd was all situational based problems regarding what actions I would take and what tools I would use.
The interview process was structured and focused heavily on behavioral questions. It followed Amazon’s Leadership Principles, so preparation using the STAR method was essential. The interviewer asked about past experiences, problem-solving, leadership, and handling challenges. Overall, it was straightforward but required clear, well-structured answers and real examples.
