They mainly asked behavioral scenario based questions, especially how I handled challenges, met deadlines, and solved problems using real life examples aligned with Amazon Leadership Principles.
It was a fairly standard interview with typical principal-level questions. Prepare well by studying their website in advance, as many questions are based on it. If you face any issues, reviewing prior candidate experiences can provide useful insights and guidance.
Interview felt rushed, they didn't answer any of my questions and I didn't feel like they took me seriously as a candidate. Recruiter didn't do a pre screening with me either.
