Three back to back to back interviews. Met with different people. All behavioral. They were quite easy to follow along with and nothing too crazy. Definitely looking at overall fit, management, and leadership skills. Received an offer but was never given a letter, which was kind of odd.

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
