Straightforward, 2 person initial interview,
Behavioural competency questions
Assessment of similar experience, relevance to role and understanding of role and objectives
Standardised questions and then specific ones around operational objectives
30 minute interview with relevant interviewer from job scope. Short introduction from interviewer, and also expect an introduction of yourself. Questions are based on Leadership Principles and answer them based on STAR method.
