The entire process felt like a waiting game. I submitted all of the requested documentation and finally got a telephone interview. The interviewer was not very detail oriented and everything felt rushed and unorganized.

At first there was an initial phone screen, followed by a phone interview for an in depth understanding of skills and experience, and then a full day of interviews with various members of the team.

Tell me about a challenging situation that occurred with a client, customer, or work colleague. What are 1 or 2 unique skills that helped you resolve the situation?
Three rounds with the final consisting of four separate interviews. Tied more to leadership principles than metrics, but metrics are important. Interviewers were all very kind and did their best to be welcoming. Come in with the right attitude and you’ll be fine.
