Amazon HR Administrator interview questions

3 step process. Three different interviews, and asked questions related to Amazon's principals. Overall it was quite straight forward, and based on Amazon's principals you'll figure out the types of questions you would probably be asked!

In total, there were 3 rounds of interview, first with the recruiter, then hiring manager and then a half day Loop panel style interview. Lots of behavioural questions that came one after the other. I was notified by the recruiter the role had been offered to another candidate but I had been successful in being “inclined” by the panel for future roles.
