Interview
Management focuses too heavily on Data and metrics. Some answers to an employees past experience will not necessarily be tied to figures. This needs to be taken into considerations during an interview. When data based answers are recommended, the questions need to drive the response. Sometimes a well articulated program or process, along with experience outweighs statistics.
