Hiring manager round - good BUT, Panel/ Loop - Technical interview not related to the job description, unrelated questions were asked, as people interviewing me had different backgrounds. Feedback - no follow up from recruiters Survey - no follow up survey was initiated Basically, they have this elaborate process that they are proud of, but does not follow it! And my recruiter in fact mentioned that I should not expect any questions related to coding and I still ended up with SQL coding questions in session 1 that had a live code link a couple of hours before the interview and session 3 did not even have a code link and interviewer still hits you with Python, that was not even listed as a requirement in the job description
