Amazon Area Manager Intern interview questions

Interview process was a two-step zoom meeting. They ask situational based questions to see how you would handle management and safety compliance encounters. Not very difficult, but I am thinking they look for confident people who display a level of common sense.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.
