Interview
The questions asked were not too difficult. They first started by going through my resume and asking me questions related to my previous role. Then I was asked to code a few questions.
It was one hour smooth virtual interview with the hiring manager and a senior software developer. It included a few questions on work experience and projects, some other behavior questions and one coding task.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alida in Mar 2024

Call with HR, then 1 hour call with senior software engineer and engineering manager. Need to answer fundamental software development questions. Three easy leetcode type problems. Make sure you know your loops and DFS/BFS.
