I was contacted for a contract role and the manager told me the requirements very transparently. I didn’t make it further but I liked their professionalism. It was a very cool for them to connect with me still rather than getting angry or bad mouthing as per experience with other firms.
Airbnb HR team is very nice
given a tour around the office, incredible space and design. hiring manager was very personable. however, interview seemed rushed and people there looked listless. wrapped up with a feedback session and got back on further rounds very quickly. with sufficient preparation, candidates can ace the interview.
