The process was straightforward, phone screen with an ml coding question and then onsite. After 2 rounds they decided it was not a fit. They made a rushed decision without thinking their decision through. They didn't value my time and were very disrespectful. Folks looking for jobs, don't waste your time here. You're going to be a statistic. There are better companies out there. Yes the market is rough, but it's not worth getting "scammed" over, which is what this interview process was.
