It was extensive. Had to go through 6 interviews (Via Skype and Face-to-face).
People were super hospitable when I'm at the office for interview. The panel of interviewees held different job roles which allowed me to understand the company culture and framework more.

Tell me about yourself. Mostly a general question from all interviewees.
There wasn't really a process, just uploaded my space waited for approval and boom I was in the door. I will say there needs to be policies in place where the customer is held accountable.

There isn't an interview. Anyone can be a host. I had a fun time being a host but had to change because it was illegal where I lives so make sure that you check your local ordinances
