Chaotic is the best way to describe the interview process I experienced.
I was dealing with 3 different recruiters in the first week to organize a phone call, which they kept rescheduling because they obviously were not communicating with one another.
After the initial screening call, I had a chat with the hiring manager which went well, but then trying to organize the next round was overly complicated and I got the invite for the onsite interview the evening before. At this point I had also received an email inviting me to do the initial screening call; they hadn't realized I'd already done it.
I emailed the recruiter informing them I would like to pull out of the process since I received another offer, and about 2 weeks after this I receive a no-reply email from Airbnb thanking me for the interest in the role but I didnt have the necessary qualifications . . .
My overall impression was that they are very disorganized in their basic processes
