it's been made of sixteen steps, starting from HR, to direct manager, peer review, written exercise, company core values- both in person and over Skype. Interviewers were solid, gentle and demanding. Strong focus on understanding of company business, core values and philosophy

describe to me your favorite Core Values and the least close to you, provide examples of how you interpreted them in your past career move and how you would tackle them at Airbnb
I went through 3 interviews and 1 written test. Initially, I was told that I would meet with the hiring manager's manager, but this was suddenly cancelled, and a few weeks later, the internal recruiter informed me that they had hired another candidate. This was quite disappointing, given the hours of preparation that I had put in, but it is a tough market for candidates right now.
The interview was a relaxed and positive conversation, creating the impression it went well. However, it ultimately led to a rejection without any feedback or explanation, leaving the outcome unclear.
