      Interview

Screening call with Hr type person. She explained the role, etc. Had to take two BS logic tests. Here's a suggestion to the geniuses who use this test. If you want people who are good at tests go to your local high school, find a kid in the junior class. He or she is studying for the sat. They will do very well. Now ask them to have an intelligent conversation without their phone. Ask them about work experience. Good luck. Many of us looking for work have been around for 30+ years and haven't taken tests in a long time. Those who have an excellent background but didn't do well on the bs test are disqualified. What a farce. The test has zero impact or relevance. But your management thinks that being able to determine color combinations of people with certain criteria or knowing your way with a compass is more important than business and technical expertise. Total joke. And the test is flawed. It is possible to enter the test repeatedly and take screen shots of the entire test. So much for security. If you folks want to talk about technical experience, ability to learn new things , and someone with old school people skills ditch the test.
