I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aeris Communications in Mar 2026
Interview
Had offline conversations with hiring executive who referred me to HR after a series of informal conversations around the role, including with my potential leadership peers in his BU. Executive indicated HR would contact me around next steps. Ted provided information on what was required to proceed to the next stage of the application process and worked with the executive to ensure alignment with all required stakeholders in the interview process. Some delay was introduced due to BoD activities and CEO PTO which was out of the hiring team's control.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aeris Communications (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2026
Interview
It was smooth, streamlined, and highly communicative the entire way through. I'm rather persnickety about interviews being a recruiter and genuinely appreciated the process here. It was 3 steps and each one made sense and had value.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No one question stands out - they don't really do trick questions and the like it's more about getting to know you, your levers/motivators, and if that aligns with Aeris.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aeris Communications (Noida) in Jan 2025
Interview
There was 2 technical rounds followed by 1 managerial round and 1 hr or salary negotiation rounds. Technical rounds were average and interviewers were nice. Interview process and offer release took around three weeks.
