Addepar Director, People Technology interview questions

First convo was with hiring manager; initial screen never occurred. Positive and productive initial convo. After initial convo was scheduled for a 5 hour final round with various members of the Addepar team. Was told I would receive a response within a week and was ghosted. I was in a multiple-offer situation and when a response is needed in a resonable time frame, such communication should occur.
