multiple phone screenings and multi round final interview. spoke with recruiter several times on the phone then other members of them team then a sort of super day that was several hours. reached out to the recruiter after the final round about the timeline for hearing back about the decision and then received an automated rejection the next day.

Recruiter reached out via Linkedin, screen calls were all over the phone and not zoom which I found weird. Recruiter kept in close contact throughout the process. I ultimately withdrew my application because the team felt unorganized and had no manager

Interview
I applied on the Addepar website and quickly received an initial screening call. The call with the initial recruiter was great. I was told I have the experience and skills they were looking for and that I would be scheduled for a second interview. Then nothing. I called and emailed and never heard back. I didn't even get the stock 'thanks, but no thanks' email. Just ghosted me. I really would've liked to move forward with the interview process.
