The process started with a brief phone screen and then on to an initial IQ and personality test. The test wasn't TOO difficult, but did involve a fair amount of math and association sort of problems. The next step was to head to the office to confirm IQ test results on-site. After that I was scheduled to speak with the sales director via a phone conversation. That's where my process ended as I was not selected to move forward.
