Interview
First online assessment, into scenario based interview. Pretty straight forward just have explain whatever your thought are clearly. Next is strength based interview needing simple practice of strengths questions and plan a talk on a given topic. Just do the prep and its alright. Final technical interview, again do the prep and its fine.
5 Stages:
1: Online Assessment - 8-12 tasks like reading exercises, math problems
2: Task Based Interview - Interviewer who gives you data or text and share your response
3: Business Strengths Interview
4: Technical Interview
5: MD Interview
Last interview MD was didn't seem interested, seemed bored before I joined. MD wasn't able to ask questions beyond their question script HR gave. Never seemed interested in candidate (could've been lots of us).

Technical interview is 2 halves - first half is showing a project, second half is a leetcode easy.
