Round 1: Online Assessment (Elimination)
Purpose: To evaluate basic cognitive abilities and fundamental technical knowledge.
Sections:
Cognitive Ability: Assesses verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude.
Technical Assessment: Covers core computer science concepts including programming fundamentals, data structures, operating systems, and databases.
Coding Section: Includes 1-2 programming problems, often involving arrays, loops, or string manipulation.
Key Point: This is an elimination round, meaning candidates must perform well to proceed.
Round 2: Communication Assessment (Non-Elimination)
Purpose: To assess English language proficiency.
Sections: Includes tasks such as reading sentences aloud, demonstrating listening comprehension, and constructing sentences.
Key Point: This round does not lead to elimination but evaluates communication skills.
Round 3: Technical Interview (Elimination)
Purpose: A one-on-one interview to delve deeper into technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Focus Areas:
Academic projects and the candidate's specific role in them.
Core technical concepts like pointers, inheritance, and the candidate's preferred programming languages.
Problem-solving skills and awareness of recent technological advancements.
Duration: Some candidates have reported interviews lasting around 15 minutes.
Question Style: Questions are often tailored to the candidate's resume and prior experiences.
Round 4: HR Interview (Elimination)
Purpose: To evaluate the candidate's cultural fit with Accenture and their soft skills.
Typical Questions:
Reasons for wanting to join Accenture.
Experiences handling challenging situations.
Identification of personal strengths and weaknesses.
Opportunity for the candidate to ask questions.
Duration: Some candidates have experienced very short interviews, sometimes as brief as 5 minutes.
Question Style: Focuses on basic HR-related questions.
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
