Interview
The application was for junior software enginner position with focus on data management, I did three interviews ( HR, Technical, HR). The process was smooth and the technical questions were not hard. The technical part was mostly about data modeling ideas and some SQL questions.

What skills and characterisitcs make me a good fit for the company
It was good they haven't asked many questions but all questions they were of medium difficulty.so overall good experience however I didn't not get offer letter because they removed that job from their requirement.

Interview
The interview was conducted entirely on campus through our college placement cell. It started with an online cognitive and technical assessment, followed by a coding round. After clearing those, I was scheduled for an integrated technical and HR interview via the online platform. The interviewer was friendly, asked about my final year projects, and focused heavily on situational and behavioral questions to see how I handle teamwork and pressure.
