Interview follows the usual procedure. HR phone interview followed by a Technical interview. It took about 2-3 weeks before a feedback is received.
The technical interview questions would vary depending on the tech stack required at work or at the project hiring the resource.

All questions were related to Oracle applications (i.e, Oracle eBS, Forms, etc.), RDBMS, and SQL.
Hiring process includes below steps:
1. Initial Interview (hr) - Checking if experience is aligned to the job posting
2. Technical Interview - related to the technologies they are looking for
3. Interview with onshore hiring manager and technical lead - another set of technical interview and overview of the role

The interview process is quite simple with 1 or 2 skill rounds. 1 manager round followed by HR round. Expect some delay in offer release with multiple rounds of HR follow ups.
