I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Mar 2011
Interview
1. I filled out a large, clunky web-based form.
2. An initial screening interview phone call.
3. A HR interview, in person.
4. A technical interview, also in person - straight after the HR interview.
The HR interview was the usual personality probing stuff - "tell me about a time when you had to work in a team / showed leadership / had to deal with a difficult situation".
The technical interview was about what personal projects I'd done, what news sources I used for keeping up to date with tech (I said theregister.co.uk and got a laugh...), and what I'd learnt at university.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
