Assessment Centre took place virtually. Very well organised and there was plenty of support during the day. Had to prepare a short (8-10min) spoken presentation on a technology and how it could be applied to a specific industry. Followed by a strengths based interview.

Virtual assessment centre. Consisted of several online questions where you had to video your response to questions such as, how would be gain the trust of a client. Next was a partnered case study where you listened to a recording of a meeting and had to recall the key actionables and state how you would do these. Finally was a presentation which you prepare for ahead of the interview then some strenghth-based questions. There were several issues with online platform and use of zoom.
