Two rounds (excl. CV sift) First was a call to assess basic competencies, why do you want this role, etc. Second was an onsite assessment in the form of a case interview. Had to walk the Strategist through a hypothetical business case of my choice. Overall there wasn't much feedback on my performance nor the expectations heading into the interview. The Strategist with whom I engaged was loathed to be there and didn't really show much interest.
