The process was straightforward. First interview is based upon what’s in your resume. There’s an online assessment which took some time. There was also 2 other question and answer interviews based upon technical experience.

Create a PowerPoint explaining a new innovation that’ll be beneficial to the company.

Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.

Interview
One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.

Interview
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
