The interview process was quick, 3 interviews were completed within 3 weeks. After the final interview, I was contacted by the headhunter and was told that I was selected and Accenture is very much interested to hire me. Discussed the salary and benefits. I agreed to the offer. But thinking of Accenture's unprofessional approach (heard from many colleagues, friends) I was not much excited or hopeful and waited for the Offer letter. I waited for 2 months, and there was no communication. Basically, I was ghosted like other candidates too. Out of curiosity, I wanted to know what happened, and I was told that the role went on hold due to some unrealistic reasons. That too when I contacted, then Head hunter or Accenture neither of them had the courtesy to write a mail and inform this to candidates. I knew Accenture is unprofessional, but still, I wasted my time sitting for the interviews, shared my personal details and transcripts, but I could sense beforehand that Accenture is not going to give the offer letter. Hope the CEO reads this review. So if you are sitting for an interview with Accenture, the 90% chance is you are wasting your precious time. If you are not jobless, haunted by your boss, or other reasons for which you are not able to tolerate your current job, don't ever think of wasting time with Accenture.
Dear Accenture - There is no money spent on being professional. It doesn't reduce your project budget. Please be kind and professional. It is not that easy to get quality candidates. At least when you are hiring for a Product. With your ultimate unprofessionalism, I don't think great candidates will want to work with you.
