Interview

Whole process requires online application, online assessment, assessment centre and technical interview. Technical interview is only required for the analytics role, not other graduate schemes. Online assessment is fairly standard compared with other consultancies.

Question 1

Assessment centre required a 10 minute presentation to interviewer followed by strength based interview, a group assessment done as a paired exercise and a 10 minute problem solving exercise with 10 problems. All relatively straightforward.
