Basically two interviews, a first one with HR to assess your adequacy to the selected position, and the second one was techincal and held by the future manager. After the first one it took about one week to be admitted to the second one, after two weeks from the beginning of the process I got an offer

The final round felt unstructured and shifted away from core engineering competencies, focusing heavily on domain-specific financial compliance and regulatory frameworks rather than practical AI application development or software prototyping skills.
