Before the interview i was called by almost 5 people asking to attend the interview on week days. I reached at 1 pm. My interview was scheduled for 3pm. The interviewer didn't showed up. Somehow they managed to get other interviewer. My interview went very well. All my rounds were clear including the HR round. I was asked to leave for the day and will be getting a call for documents submission and all. I waited for a week. I tried reaching the spoc on Accenture portal. I tried calling the people who have scheduled my interview but nobody responded even after 2 months. Again I got a call for interview, this time for different skills set. So I told them about the previous interview. They provided me to contact the head of Hr recruitment team of Accenture. So I dropped him a mail. After that I got a response from my spoc and the HR team. They kept my profile on hold after the mail. And i was asked to follow up regularly after every 15 days. The guy was in contact with me told everytime that currently they don't have any openings and openings were closed even before my interview. Later I found that after 5 months my candidature was deleted from Accenture portal and I was told to apply again. Do you think anyone should apply for such a company?? They don't even have the decency to reply to the candidates after the interview. Just playing with candidate's life. I would only recommend never ever waste your time applying for such companies even though they are MNC.
