1)Pretty standard online application, followed by an untimed all in 1 online assessment with situational judgment tests, numerical reasoning, commercial awareness tests and a couple of logic questions. 2) 3 hr assessment centre in London. Very casual, loved the engagement with the assessors, lovely people overall. Was instructed to prepare an 10 min presentation on a technology trend (notes allowed) to deliver individually in front of an assessor. 1:1 competency interview with some behavioural questions, 1 paired exercise where we had to organise an event with a budget. The highlight was the VR exercise, which was really fun- had to solve puzzles and do an interactive Lara Croft Tomb Raider style exercise. 3) 45 min Technical interview via phone- was instructed to learn about the role specific tasks and demonstrate passion for technology and be prepared to demonstrate your knowledge on at least one coding language or a digital technology such as the cloud or AI. Quite difficult as the interviewers are technology/solution architect managers and they really probe about your experience and your motivations.
