The interview was set pretty fast (around 2 days) and the company was willing to prepare for the interview during the short notice. The interviewers were friendly but there will be a test especially a Kanji test. If you are not confident with your Chinese Characters, I'd recommend you to avoid the company and brush up your Kanji(s) before applying.
