I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Feb 2008
Interview
Accenture has a very thorough interview process in the US. You are typically first contacted by a recruiter for an initial interview to see if you are a match for the position. Then, if you pass that, you may have a number of 1 on 1 interviews with the people you will be working with. These may or may not be in person. For technical positions there is often a verbal technical skills test to help determine what you know.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most technical questions are in the context of the position you are applying for. For example, if you are applying for a network engineer position, the questions will be about routers, servers, backup plans, redundancy, system configurations, etc.
Accenture interview process typically starts with an online application and aptitude/technical assessment. Shortlisted candidates then attend one or more technical interviews focused on skills and experience, followed by an HR discussion covering salary, notice period, and role fit. Final selection is communicated through email or the careers portal.
