Una entrevista con RRHH, unas pruebas de inglés y luego una entrevista para entrar a proyecto, el proceso fue rápido y bastante asequible, entiendo que dependerá del puesto y responsabilidad
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Rome) in Oct 2014
Interview
Pretty simple. Got in touch with a partner, though a professor at my university. He told he was searching for a profile such mine and told me if I might be interested in an interview. I said yes and got a first interview with two managers (2:1) . The interview questions were easy, more oriented to understand my way of thinking than my effective business knowledge. After the first interview, I had another one with the client leading partner (1:1), and it went extremely well. He said me welcome straight away, and few days later I got the offer (internship at first, 4 months later turned into a full-time offer)
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Apr 2026
Interview
In the assessment centre, there is a group case study which is then presented to managers. Overall, quite a good experience, especially if you have a good team.
Then there is a final round interview. Usually starts with a case study, where the manager might ask about different factors driving/restricting the performance of a firm. Then some behavioural questions. Not too difficult.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1

3 rounds
