My initial interview with Accenture went very well; the relationship with the recruiter was very easy to form. The skills interview was very specific with the questions asked and the interviewer probed in areas of interest. The performance factor interview was also very specific and very interactive; question of how I would conduct certain behavorior and why. Finally the confirming interview was in person and the Senior Executive was very informative and impressive. The offer came a few days later and the onboarding process was a breeze as everything was electronic.
