Absorb Software Client Advocate interview questions

Started with an email interview to answer questions about my work experience and to tell me a bit about Absorb, then I had a panel meeting with the CA manager and team lead to get a feel for personality fit and thinking processes, as well as answering my questions about work culture and a feel for how the company provides 24 hour support

The team lead and the other member were quite amiable making it very conversational to really know me as a candidate and how I could fit in well if chosen. They not only kept it really light-hearted while continuing with some interesting open-ended questions but also did a great job explaining the role, hours, pay range and helped me relate how the position might help with some of my long-term personal goals. Overall I had a positive experience and left feeling hopeful.
