ASML Signal Processing and Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

It was the first interview with a group leader. He asked basic questions to check understanding of general principles in optics and signal analysis. For example, he asked me to solve school problem: formation of the image in a lens. We also talked about interference and difraction. The position I applied did not require knowledge in optic, but it was related to the job.
