Four interviews. It was very clear and a recruiter walked with me through each phase. I felt very supported along the way. I also appreciated how friendly, approchable and open the entire team was.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AKASA
Interview
Long and drawn out 7-step process for a startup. 1-Interview with recruiter, 2-Interview with CPO, 3-Interview with PM, 4-Interview with Engineer, 5-Panel Interview, 6-Behavioral, 7-Offer Had to follow up on my application multiple times with the recruiter. Interview with CPO and PM were great. Engineer seemed disinterested from the jump. Overall it was telling they did not know what they wanted from the position and they ended up pulling this position from their site.
