3M Senior Manager Customer Service interview questions

1 telephone interview and 2 in person interviews. The 1:1 interviews were both behavior based and had an HR representative and the hiring manager and a colleague. The interviews each took 1 and a half hours. The telephone interview was 1/2 hour. The majority of the question were behavior based with specific skills and accomplishments highlighted. The outcome was that I was given a job offer 2 weeks after my last interview was done. The interview were quite long and some questions were repetitive.
