30 min phone interview phone screen --> 30 min phone interview with ?supervisor? --> 3 consecutive 30 min in-person interviews.
Result: No follow-up. Stopped responding to follow-up emails. Radio silence. Very rude.

Submitted my application online and heard back from HR to set up a phone interview.
The HR person did not call me at our agreed upon time. I reached out via phone and e-mail to see if they would like to reschedule, they never called me back and have since not replied to my e-mails.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at 2U (Lanham, MD) in Feb 2018
Interview
Additional funding of you with a recruiter. Follow up video conferences with people from the department, including potential supervisor, and again with the recruiter. Final in person interview (Obviously this was pre-Covid) was held at the HQ in Lanham Maryland.
