Does University of Chicago offer bonus pay?

The team in the Office of Advancement at Chicago Booth is fantastic. Very collaborative, warm, and dedicated to doing high quality work as a team.

The bureaucracy of UChicago as a whole is often very tedious and difficult to deal with -- too many hoops to pass through to get anything done that can't be handled by our department on its own. The compensation is also disappointing. Low salary range with very little mobility even if you are promoted within your role, and no bonuses at all on top of base comp.

Even when you get an advanced degree, they don't honor that unless you get a promotion. We received a bonus once in the 6 years I've been working there. They always make us wait for our merit raise
